Every shirt is 100% recycled. It uses at least 8 recycled water bottles in the form of recycled polyester.

Our ultra soft t-shirts are made of eco-friendly materials:

• 100% recycled materials
• 60% recycled cotton
• 40% recycled polyester
• Carbon neutral (no net CO2 released into the atmosphere)

How clothes are made from recycled plastic bottles

Plastic bottles are shredded, washed multiple times, heated to remove all bacteria, and then melted down and shaped into a cotton-candy like fluff which is then woven into thread and then fabric.

About 2.2 million metric tons of plastics end up in the ocean each year from the US alone.

This video shows how plastics are removed from the ocean. These plastics are recycled into products like the shirts here at Earthwalker Designs.

We will donate 10% of our net profits toward ocean cleanup efforts.

How it works

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production team an hour later to be printed. Currently, our production team is printing orders within 24–48 hours of receiving it. Once it is printed, it will be shipped to you.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance from the printing center, which is located on the west coast of the United States.

Cancellations

An order can be canceled before it’s sent to production. The settings are set to send the order one hour after it is placed. If the product is in production, data and money have already been transferred to the print provider. Our Customer Happiness team will attempt to cancel the order (for a refund). However, there are no guarantees once an item has entered the production process.

Refunds

If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.

Contact us within 14 days of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back to us.

Returns

We don’t require sending back faulty or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate issues does pop up, all we need is photo proof. Our Customer Happiness team will assist with any questions, comments, feedback, or concerns.
